The tender system is used to prepare quotation documents to a standard SMM7 format or any user defined heading hierarchy. Estimates are produced in true ‘wysiwyg’ style:

Assistance is provided by:

• Calculating unit rates and quantities.
• Allowing the saving of commonly used headings and unit items to a library.
• Enabling copying or dragging of headings and unit items from the library or other tenders.
• Copying or dragging of text from scanned in documents or other text based or word processor files
• Producing section and bill summaries.
• Providing a structured index to the tenders by customer and contract.
• Analysing tenders by price code or by section.
• Exporting data to MS Excel or MS Word files.
• Full spell checking throughout
• Global adjustment of prices, profit and overhead allowance
